Please note many of the videos and images shown here are from prior to March 2020 (pre covid-19 months). Since the parks re-opened to us (July 2020) we have been utilizing all CDC & Park Management Covid safety precautions up to and including, pre session temperature checks, 10ft or more separation between members, reduced sharing of equipment during each session, smaller group sessions, recommending members to bring their own dumbbells, sanitizing of our equipment both pre and post sessions, requiring all members to wear masks before and after each session and to sanitize their hands before and after each session. We also have quarantine rules and guidelines in place for any staff or members who experience symptoms of Covid-19. We have also added more sessions times to break up the larger group sessions which help to create smaller less crowded group sessions including mornings, express sessions, and multiple session times at certain parks. We have also given access to our Virtual Training programs to all members.

Our Teen Only Fitness program is designed with the teenager in mind. A great upbeat atmosphere, great music throughout the session, and for teens that like to workout with their friends. For those new to fitness training not to worry as we will be teaching you all proper form and lifting techniques that produce the best results and prevent injury but designed to tone, tighten, and strengthen your overall physique. Not to worry there's no competition found here so no pressure to go at your own pace each time, but we can certainly challenge those of you who wish or need to be chanllenged.
We cater to teens who have never exercised before, those looking to try something new and challenging, and we also cater to aspiring or current high school athletes. Typically from our past teen members that have been a part of our program have seen an amazing transformation from better posture, self esteem, improved physique, and from a sports performance our teen members are typically in way better shape than their peers at the start of the season (this difference is the key to not only making the team but helping them be noticed by coaches).
Our Program is also great for recent teen high school graduates headed into College next year. If they want to show up in the best shape possible, we would be a great choice. Don't get crammed in those tiny box gyms. Come enjoy the beautiful fresh air outdoor fitness life.
The Teen membership also includes the ability to attend any of the other 200+ sessions offered each month at Operation Triple T, LLC which include mornings, early evenings, our team Run/Walk/Bike/Move Club, and Virtual Live Zoom sessions.
The program is designed by a Seasoned Certified professional trainer that personally retrains all of its current trainers and coaches to provide the best outcome for all of its members. If elected by you, our Licensed Nutritionist will partner up with you and your trainer to get you the results that you have been looking for.
We will focus on all facets of your physique with dozens of tested exercises focusing on the 10 components of fitness: muscular strength, speed, power, muscular endurance, cardio-respiratory endurance, agility, balance, coordination, joint flexibility, and body composition.
We will also work with you individually on your personal goals whether it is to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply to strengthen and tone. Our trainers will have a unique workout prepared for you at each session so that your body will never get bored of the same routines. Should you want 1-1 nutritional guidance, our Doctor of Nutritionist will get you on track with your personalized approach to healthier eating and drinking habits throughout the day along with exercise and proper rest.
To make it even more amazing, our bootcamp is built around constant recognition and motivation for your hard work. Our staff is trained to not only get you into shape but reward you every step of the way with consistent encouragement, occasional contests, & rewards.
Our Run Clubs are engaged in weekly active walking, jogging, and running along with participating in various weekend running events.
Our Virtual Training Program offers multiple brand new sessions each week to be done at any day of the week and time of the day that is best for you. Guaranteed to deliver amazing transformational results if you are consistent and provide a balanced weekly workout routine that incorporates resistance training, steady state cardio, and lots of core work.
Plus Live Zoom Coach led Training 3 times a week for those that like to be led and motivated by a live instructor from the comfort of your own home.
We will also provide you with dates and information about fun and active events that you may be interested in participating in for the upcoming year.
