Run/walk club

The Operation Triple T Run/Walk Club is designed to motivate members to get out and walk or run at least 3 times a week in addition to their usual fitness routine which includes the 3 bootcamp sessions each week should you be a member of the bootcamp program.  Our Run Club is free and anyone can join even if you live out of the area.

We have 3 Run Coaches that help lead each of the 3 location members and all of us including each of the members help to motivate everyone to get out there and congratulate members after you post your run/walk each day.  

We meet once a week at each park to run/walk together.  It is always a go at your own pace and distance and you can elect to run ahead, stay in a partner system, or run in small groups, it's entirely up to you. 

Weekly Team Run Locations and Times:

Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park: Wednesdays 6:30pm (Led by Coach Cristina Gonzalez-Canales)

Tropical Park: Wednesdays 6:00pm (Led by Coach Jessie Hernandez)

Coral Reef Park: Wednesdays 6:00pm (Led by Coach Cristi Stalcup)


Virtual Run Club is led by Coach Staci Otero and you can run at your own time and place and we ask all run club members to log and share their times and take a selfie and or video of your run and share with us for motivation.
