In this fitness bootcamp program you will experience a total mind and body transformation.
Each member begins with an individual body measurement, fitness assessment, evaluation your goals, and before photos. We will then together put together a fitness prescription to help you reach these goals. In each week you will encompass each of the 10 core components of fitness along with working out the primary body muscles for a total body work out. We will cap each quarter off with an end of the month celebratory get together to celebrate your accomplishments and to relax and have fun with your peers.
OPERATION TRIPLE T RUN/WALK CLUB
The Operation Triple T Run/Walk Club is designed to motivate members to get out and walk or run at least 3 times a week in addition to their usual fitness routine which includes the 3 bootcamp sessions each week should you be a member of the bootcamp program. Our Run Club is free and...
